The project manager should ensure that all project deliverables are achieved on time, on budget, and meets or exceeds the expectations of the stakeholders and/or clients (internal or external) and experts at risk management and contingency planning.
Organizing and managing multiple IT projects through the project lifecycle process and ensuring each project and phases stay on schedule and adhere to the deadlines include tracking milestones, deliverables, implement change requests and methods for measuring results.
Developing project plans, goals, budgeting estimates and identifying resources needed.
Coordinating project team members, third parties, vendors, stakeholders and assigning individual responsibilities.
To build and maintain a good relationship with clients, internal and stakeholders.
To attend to client inquiries/ feedback/ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
To prepare all related project management documents and others such as tender preparation, presentation, proposal, project update, reports, issues, and risk management.
To create, proofread, improve and monitor project deliverables, activities, processes, and documentation to ensure ISO compliance, high-quality output, and ensuring adheres to the client’s SOP.
Creating, managing, and overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Designing and obtaining sign-offs for contracts and deliverables.
Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science /IT / Engineering or any related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is an added advantage.
Experienced in project management documents and project-related documents such as tender preparation, presentation, proposal, project update, reports, issues, and risk management.
Possess excellent negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, and leadership skills.
Possess excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously.
Well-versed in IT and software development lifecycle.
Well-versed in Agile Project Management methodologies.
Having experience in dealing with government projects will be an added advantage.
Possess good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Flexible to perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Ability to travel locally or outstation to meet up with stakeholders on a regular basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract.
