What you'll do

• Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, working closely with senior project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget;
• Support various project management tasks, such as coordinating resources, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and communicating with team members and stakeholders;
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while developing their skills in project management methodologies and tools;
• Supports implementation activities within set parameters, following established planning procedures;
• Supports the strategic planning process by collecting data and tracking progress;
• Supports operational improvements in day-to-day project activities under supervision;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues.

What you'll need

• Fluency in English (B2 level);
• Fluency in Portuguese is a plus;
• Certification in Project Management;
• Previous experience in project management roles (focus on software development is a plus);
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile), including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks effectively;
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as statistical software, business intelligence platforms, and data visualization tools;
• Passion for technology and continuous learning;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to deal with multiple levels of staff;
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and other departments to align strategic initiatives;
• Availability to work in a hybrid regime.
