Job Summary

To drive the project in planning, organizing, managing, and controlling the various stages of assigned medium to high complexity projects, ensuring they are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Creates and executes project work plans, revising them as necessary to meet evolving needs and requirements.

Manages the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and its scope.

Ensures the Agile Team adheres to Scrum values and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
  2. Coordinate with business units, technical teams, governance, and service providers on project plans.
  3. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, providing guidance and support to the project team.
  4. Identify and report issues, delays, risks, and facilitate timely resolutions.
  5. Conduct Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  6. Address and eliminate impediments to keep the team focused on sprint objectives.
  7. Provide timely reports on project status, budget, risks, and issues for informed decision-making.
  8. Ensure project quality and seek opportunities for improved delivery.
  9. Manage project changes through change requests, considering all impacts.
  10. Maintain an agile, professional, and ethical approach to work.
  11. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with organizational impact.
  12. Ensure consistent application of PMO practices, documentation, and governance processes.

Key Requirements

  1. Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  2. At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in related fields.
  3. Experience with project management documents such as tenders, proposals, reports, stakeholder and risk management.
  4. Experience in IT and software development lifecycle is an advantage.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.
  6. Critical thinking with analytical and synthesis skills.
  7. Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  8. Ability to manage stakeholders and ensure timely deliverables.
  9. Meticulous with attention to detail and proactive in hands-on tasks.
  10. Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and ability to work under pressure.
  11. Strong people management, planning, and organizational skills.
  12. Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are advantageous.
