Job description

Candidate must be experienced in mixed development, consisting of low rise and high rise residential and commercial developments, master infrastructure and phases CCC.

Responsible for project development & implementation assigned by Management.

Conduct project feasibility study and recommendation on design development, concept, work programme and budget.

Collaborate with all departments in preparing the development and project brief which includes time frame, costing, target and objective.

Managing and monitoring of the construction works to complete within the contract value and time, reducing the occurrence of variation orders.

To coordinate and monitor external parties (consultants and contractors) to resolve technical matters of assigned projects and to ensure smooth implementation of projects.

To follow up closely on all authorities' approval status throughout project development phase and ensure regulatory requirements are complied.

Work closely with consultant team on CCC application and approval.

Responsible to prepare weekly updates to management on site progress and other site related matters. Monitoring of monthly project progress/target and preparation of project management report.

Requirement

At least 8-10 years working experience in the property development industry.

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.

Possess sound knowledge and experience in working independently with minimum supervision, project planning, technical and tendering, contract administration, construction methodology and authority liaisons.
