Job Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for the overall successful delivery of the project.
2. Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
3. Manage project team to ensure optimization of manpower resources while maintaining healthy team morale.
4. Ensure smooth completion of the construction project within the specified time-frame, budget, and quality, and in accordance with statutory requirements.
5. Attend all client, consultants, sub-contractors, and site meetings.
6. Liaise closely with consultants, architects, sub-contractors, and authorities.

Job Requirements:

1. 8-10 years of working experience in high-rise commercial building, landed, and mixed development projects in construction industries.
2. Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
3. Effective team player with interpersonal skills and the ability to work with remote teams.
4. Excellent time management and independent decision-making skills.
5. Self-motivated and proactive.
