Job Summary:
We seek a young, energetic Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to drive the execution of our groundbreaking projects. The ideal candidate is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, holds a college degree and brings strong administrative skills with expertise in AI tools to streamline work and organisation. Experience as a corporate or executive secretary is highly desirable, and social media management skills are a plus. With sharp communication and a humble attitude, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and Feng Shui consultants, to align on project goals.
  3. Leverage AI tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello, or predictive analytics platforms) to optimise workflows, track progress, and enhance organisation.
  4. Handle administrative tasks, including budget tracking, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.
  5. Support compliance and documentation needs, drawing on corporate secretary experience (if applicable).
  6. Communicate project updates clearly and professionally to internal teams and external clients in both Chinese and English.
  7. Contribute to social media strategies (e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn, Instagram) to boost brand visibility, if experienced.
  8. Maintain a humble, team-oriented approach while driving results with energy and precision.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years in project management, administration, or related roles. Prior roles as a corporate or executive secretary are highly preferred. Social media management experience is a strong plus.

Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).

Technical Skills: Proficient in AI-driven tools for project management and organization (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar). Familiarity with basic AI analytics tools is a plus.

Administrative Expertise: Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and documentation with attention to detail.

Communication: Sharp, clear, and adaptable communication style, paired with a humble and approachable demeanour.

Personal Traits: Energetic, proactive, and collaborative, passionate about learning Feng Shui and AI.

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting project execution with Small Business Owners. Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Instagram) and content creation. Interest in or basic understanding of Feng Shui principles (training provided).
