Project Manager

Planning, organizing, and executing project management activities to ensure smooth project delivery aligned with cost, quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Ensure safety procedures are integrated into all project activities and promote a safety-first culture.

Understand contract documentation, including Bill of Quantities (B.Q.) and material specifications.

Plan site mobilization, sequential work execution, and develop a master program.

Monitor project budgets to achieve desired profit margins through cost control and wastage reduction.

Ensure project performance through supervision, site inspections, progress monitoring, and swift issue resolution.

Complete and submit shop drawings and documentation to authorities promptly.

Participate in project kick-off, progress, and closure meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Track project performance against schedule, quality, and cost benchmarks (S-curve).

Ensure contractual compliance and facilitate the final settlement of project accounts.

Incorporate risk management in all project activities.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on contractual matters.

Supervise, motivate, and promote teamwork among project team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out and/or Construction architecture for Project Manager role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out and/or Construction architecture for Construction Manager role.
• 1-2 years of experience for Project Coordinator role.
• Secondary School/SPM or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in interior fit-out or architecture projects.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia or ASEAN countries.
• Ability to coordinate and monitor project progress effectively.
• Available to start on short notice is an advantage.
