Job description

Planning, organizing and carrying out project management activities to ensure smooth project execution to achieve the cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives;

Ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working culture;

Understands contract documentation in conjunction with B.Q. and material specifications;

Plan for site mobilization, work sequential execution, master program;

Monitor project cost budgets and ensure that desired profit margins are achieved through cost containment, material wastage control, etc;

Ensure project performance through close supervision, site checks, close monitoring of site progress and swift resolution of issues;

Ensure that shop drawings are completed and submissions to the authorities in a timely manner;

Attends project kick-off meetings, ongoing meetings and project closure meetings with clients, consultants and other parties;

Track project performance closely to ensure that projects perform according to agreed schedule, quality and cost (S-curve);

Ensure effective compliance of contractual terms and full final settlement of project accounts;

Ensure that risk management is taken into account in all project management activities;

Liaises with suppliers and sub-contractors on contractual matters;

Supervising and motivating of project team members and in promoting teamwork.

Requirement:

Minimum 8 years experience inInterior Fit-Out and/or Construction architecture for Project Manager position

Minimum 5 years experience in Interior Fit-Out and/or Construction architecture for Construction Manager position

Minimum 1-2 yearsexperience for Project Coordinator position

Minimum Secondary School/SPM or Diploma in Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent

Prefer candidate with Interior Fit-out / Architecture project experience

Willing to travel within Malaysia or ASEAN countries

Overall Project coordination and monitoring of progress

Available to start employment in short notice period will be advantage
