Project Manager in the construction industry

Your new company

My client is a construction company based in Johor which is currently expanding. With a vast portfolio of projects (high-rise, commercial, warehouse and low-rise), they are looking for a project manager to join their team.

Your new role

• Oversee and monitor the progress of project planning and execution work, ensuring the project timeline is met as per Management's direction.
  
• Coordinate with consultants during conceptual design, design development and tender stage
  
• Ensure project implementation and completion with stipulated time, cost and quality
  
• Lead and liaise with staff, ensuring the subcontractor completes work according to schedule to avoid any delay/ extension of time.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Fluent in English and Mandarin with more than 10 years' experience in the Property Developer Industry.
  
• Good knowledge of email functions, MS Office skills & data presentation skills
  
• Ability to lead & manage complex large-scale project planning & execution
