• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, schedule and resources.
• Coordinate with Architect, Engineers, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Design and development
  • Oversee the design development phase, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
  • Review architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Construction management
  • Manage all construction activities including procurement, scheduling and site operation.
  • Monitor construction progress and quality, resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Budget & cost control
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and forecasting costs.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to achieve cost effective solutions.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular inspections & quality audits to maintain high standard of workmanship.
• Communication
  • Facilitate meetings with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management of related field.

Experience

• Minimum5 years experience as a Project Manager in a multi-storey development projects.
• Strongknowledge of construction management processes, methods and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in project management software.

Certification

Obtain a professional certification, such as the Project Management Institute's (PMI)
