We are looking for passionate candidates with a strong interest in career progression in Project Management to join our NetData Event Processing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a keen eye for detail, focusing on planning, managing, and coordinating project tasks across teams to ensure delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will perform project planning, coordinate and manage the team, and support all project deliverables to ensure timely completion. There are opportunities for involvement in sales/proposal activities and end-to-end product lifecycle support, making you a key contributor to our projects' success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong passion for Project Management with Waterfall, SCRUM, AGILE methodologies and a growth mindset.
• Inquisitive and analytical approach to project work.
• Ability to plan and coordinate complex project tasks within teams.
• Proactive feedback provision and support in resolving project issues with team members and stakeholders.
• Encourage lessons learned, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team and contribute to audit compliance.
• Participate in second/third level day-to-day production support, including planning and managing production issue prioritization with business stakeholders.
• Effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and minimize escalations.
• Interest in exploring AI technologies to improve work efficiency and cost-effectiveness, such as automation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience as a project manager, with at least 2-3 years leading projects. Experience managing complex projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle processes and project management.
• Experience with Scrum & Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Excel or MS Project; experience with JIRA and RTC is a plus.
• Result-oriented personality with strong communication skills for engaging with business and product stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills backed by conceptual and analytical thinking.
• Team player with good communication skills and ability to foster teamwork.
