We are looking for a talented professional with a passion for learning and with strong communication, operations and program management experience with highly analytical, results focused and has demonstrable evidence of leading planning and executing initiatives. This person will drive the best practice standards and targets across a complex WWL field organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Communications
- Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and maintain a structured internal & external communication framework for Asia & Area level quarterly updates, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and leadership messaging.
- Quarterly Newsletter Consolidation and Orchestration: Design and maintain newsletter template tailored for Asia Audiences. Coordinate content collection from Area Learning Leads and other multiple stakeholders, review submissions for clarity and alignment, and integrate relevant data from Global Dashboards.
- Event Communication lifecycle: Craft and manage pre & post event communications for Asia-wide initiatives, ensuring messaging is timely, engaging and aligned with event objectives. Support localization and translation efforts when needed.
- Stakeholder & CVP Communication Support: Provide communication support for Asia-level stakeholders and CVPs upon request. Partner with CVP/LT offices to manage logistics and communication deliverables for initiatives involving regional or area CVPs (e.g. Video messages, internal announcements)
- Channel Management and Distribution: Manage Communication distribution across areas. Maintain and update the distribution list and ensure the inclusion of new stakeholders and relevant communication loops.
- Support Regional Skilling Leads: Coordination on Asia Level ROB such as Quarterly Townhall, MBR and All hands meeting.
Operational Support for Training Program Managers (TPM)
- Account Base Marketing Support: Develop and maintain email templates, newsletters and other communication assets.
- Customer Event Logistics: Plan and manage logistics for customer-facing events virtually. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and high-quality experiences that leads to high customer satisfaction (CPE).
- Procurement: Manage the vendor relationship on all financial processes starting with PO and SOW creation ending with accruals and invoice approvals for the event.
- Gamification Initiatives: Support TPM to manage gamification initiatives including compliance tracking, Badge and logo creation, leadership board management.
- Digital Asset Adoption: Promote and support the adoption of digital tools and assets across the area. Provide guidance and training to stakeholder to maximize usage and impact.
- Operational Support: Provide coordination, tracking support to ensure successful delivery of TPM-led programs for prioritized 50 accounts a year. Drive consistency, quality insight of relevant programs and initiatives across areas and be diligent on follow up actions.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Customer, Training Partner and Internal stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc Operational Project Management: Lead and manage the cross-area skills project v-team and the alignment of our skilling objectives, metrics across different programs, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and tracking of key outcomes. Evaluates project results against related examples and incorporates best practices and key learnings for future improvements. Champions business value across multiple organizations and gains alignment and commitment to prioritization to ensure long-term project deliverables.
- Being the voice of Field: Gathering Skilling demand and feedback and share across Corp program team.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to interpret and clarify requests from TPMs, assess urgency and impact, and translate them into actionable communication or program deliverables with clear prioritization.
