Job description

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery.

Develop project plans, define objectives, deliverables, and milestones.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable plans.

Allocate and manage resources such as team members, budgets, and tools.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.

Conduct regular project meetings and report status, risks, and issues.

Track and report project performance metrics including budget, timeline, and quality.

Ensure best practices in project management are followed.

Continuously improve project processes and tools.

Willing to travel internationally as needed

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role.

Proven track record managing multiple complex projects.

Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Adaptable and willing to travel for international assignments.
