Role Overview:

As a Project Management Executive, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and monitoring of new projects, ensuring successful delivery or seamless transfer to our Operation Departments. Our projects encompass a wide spectrum, from acquiring new capabilities to fulfilling contractual obligations like Industrial Offsets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Head of Department to develop and implement project plans, including objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with other company departments or external stakeholders involved in the project during the whole project life, including definition, development and completion till it is transferred to the recipient department.
• Develop and monitor project tasks, priorities, deadlines and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, adapting to changes in project scope or requirements.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and expenses, optimize resource utilization, and follow-up cost-control measures.
• Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with initial expectations.
• Identify potential risks, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess project progress and quality.
• Generate regular reports on project status, progress, and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Preferable PMP certification or similar.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
• Experience dealing with Industrial Collaboration or Government Offsets will be an advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
• Experience in developing and managing project budgets.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
