What You'll Do

As a Project Leader, you will partner with leading companies to shift mindsets, shape agendas, and create value through digital transformation programs. You will focus on digital subject matter, uncover key insights, and reimagine business models to help clients compete and accelerate into the digital future. You will develop close relationships with senior clients and BCG leadership, playing a central role in impactful projects.

You will advise clients on topics such as:

• Digital Transformation & Strategy: Rethinking digital impact and accelerating transformation
• Emerging Technologies: Cloud, Blockchain/Crypto/DeFi, Metaverse/Web3
• Customer Centricity: Reinventing customer experience with journey maps, empathy, and data
• Digital Marketing & Personalization: Optimizing marketing channels and analytics-driven personalization
• Big Data & Analytics: Applying AI and Machine Learning for transformational value
• Organizational Change: Building capabilities for ongoing digital innovation
• Technology Function Transformation: Redesigning tech functions for flexibility and efficiency

What You'll Bring

• At least 8 years of work experience, including 3+ years in strategy consulting, leading digital transformation projects and advising on technology topics
• Ability to build credibility with leaders and work with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, data scientists, and architects
• Strong quantitative analysis, business acumen, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of driving digital transformation with value creation
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts simply
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA, Master’s, or PhD preferred
• Willingness to travel within the SEA region
