Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Project Investment Executive with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at Cyberville, Cyberjaya.

Job Purpose :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Investment Executive to support the evaluation, documentation, and execution of investment projects across various international markets. The ideal candidate will have a legal or accounting background, strong analytical and drafting skills, and an excellent command of English (both written and spoken). This role requires someone who is adaptable, quick-thinking, and open to continuous learning in a dynamic, global work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Assist in the review, analysis, and preparation of documents related to land/property acquisitions, project proposals, and investment opportunities across different countries.
2. Draft and proofread internal memos, contracts, agreements, and investment proposals with high accuracy and professionalism.
3. Conduct legal, regulatory, and financial research related to project investment activities, especially in international contexts.
4. Liaise with local and foreign legal teams, consultants, and authorities to gather and verify project documentation.
5. Support project due diligence, timeline tracking, and reporting requirements to ensure alignment with internal protocols.
6. Provide clear, structured summaries and briefs on complex documents or country-specific regulations.
7. Assist with coordination, communication, and follow-ups with internal departments and external stakeholders.
8. Be proactive in learning about different legal and financial systems, especially those relevant to international projects.
9. Support the Country Manager and senior team in administrative and strategic functions as needed.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
3. Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
4. Strong skills in drafting, structuring, and editing documents.
5. Ability to grasp facts quickly, think critically, and communicate clearly.
6. Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
7. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
8. Open to learning and capable of adapting to new regulations, procedures, and business practices.
9. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel), familiarity with document tracking systems is an added advantage.
10. Good personality and mentality.

Additional Information :

Prior experience in legal drafting, compliance, corporate governance, or project coordination will be an advantage.

Training will be provided to develop sector-specific knowledge and procedural familiarity.
