A leading printing solutions company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Installer to handle on-site installation and setup of printing solutions for events and exhibitions. The role demands physical fitness, teamwork, and a valid driving license. Prior experience in installation is preferred. Flexibility in work hours is necessary. The Project Installer is responsible for the on-site installation, setup, and dismantling of Bannershop’s printing solutions at client locations, including retail stores, events, expos, and exhibitions. This role ensures that all installations meet quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations while representing Bannershop in a professional manner.
Install, assemble, and set up printing solutions (e.g., signage, display systems, backdrops, booths, and exhibition materials) at client sites.
Conduct pre-installation site checks to ensure accurate measurements, feasibility, and readiness.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure all materials and tools are prepared for installation.
Ensure safe handling, transportation, and assembly of printing materials and structures.
Dismantle and remove setups after events/exhibitions and ensure proper storage or return of materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues during installation to meet deadlines.
Maintain quality standards to ensure a professional finish and client satisfaction.
Comply with company and client safety regulations during all on-site work.
Provide feedback to the project team on site conditions, installation challenges, and improvements.
Support ad-hoc project tasks and assignments as required.
Job Requirements
Prior experience in installation, event setup, exhibition booth construction, or signage industry is an advantage.
Physically fit, able to lift and move heavy materials.
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safe installation practices.
Good teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Possess a valid driving license (advantage if can drive company van/lorry).
