Job description

• Implementing the FlexHR Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Employee Self Service (ESS), and Human Resource Strategy System (HRSS) modules.

• Engage in all stages of FlexHR application implementation, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.

• Configure the system based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with agreed expectations.

• Ensure project delivery meets requirements and expectations.

• Validate, migrate, and verify data during data migration to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for both train-the-trainer and end-users to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

• Facilitate user acceptance tests (UAT) and parallel runs, involving customers to validate system functionality.

• Support customers during parallel runs to ensure accurate synchronization of outcomes.

• Collaborate internally and externally from inception to completion to ensure timely delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest system releases and market knowledge for continuous development.

Mandarin speaker is an advantage.

Requirements:

  • STPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related fields from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Microsoft SQL is an advantage.
  • Ability to coordinate project activities with diverse groups.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and lifecycle.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Willing to travel and have own transportation; willing to reallocate.
