Local Div Controller, Offshore Solutions Business
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support in all financial and commercial matters related to the project. Each day, you will actively drive their respective project’s performance. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing project invoices and financial accounting and reporting (including project site accounting) documents.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid, Onsite #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries (PAEN) E-House Business. The role is to be based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.You will be mainly accountable for:• Overseeing and analyzing key project financial metrics including Gross Margin (GM%), absorption, cash flow, risk & opportunities, and life cycle value. Ensuring alignment with project KPIs and business goals.• Working closely with project teams to manage project invoicing, financial accounting, and reporting activities. Driving revenue realization and optimizing project cash flow.• Providing support in maintaining comprehensive documentation and effectively respond to audit queries, ensuring full compliance with internal and external audit requirements.• Utilizing tools such as SAP and PR+ (Project Review Plus) to support end-to-end project tracking and performance reviews. Identifying areas for system/process improvements to enhance efficiency.• Designing and maintaining insightful dashboards and KPIs to monitor project health. Presenting data-driven insights to senior management, enabling informed decision-making.• Proactively identifying financial and operational risks impacting project performance. Recommending mitigation strategies to ensure timely resolution.• Establishing and enforcing standardized documentation practices for all phases of the project—from bidding to closure—ensuring all records are centrally stored and easily accessible.
