About the Job:

Lead and manage all stages of property development projects, from initial planning to completion. Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and time line goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and overseeing construction and development activities.
• Conducting feasibility studies for new projects.
• Managing project progress and budgets.
• Collaborating with stakeholders (contractors, consultants, authorities, etc.).
• Overseeing mock-ups and fit-out works for sales launches.
• Implementing quality control and handling inspections.
• Preparing project status reports.
• Maintaining project documentation.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, etc.).
• 1-3 years of project management experience in property development.
• Proven ability in feasibility studies and managing all aspects of projects.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in construction procedures and relevant software (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Resourceful, results-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience working with authorities, consultants, and contractors.
