A leading company in Malaysia seeks a skilled professional for retail outlet interior fit-out projects. The role involves preparing working drawings and managing relationships with various stakeholders. Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail outlet interior fit-out work, including tender procurement preparation and site supervision.
Responsible for preparing a complete set of working drawings, tender procurement documents, and bills of quantities (BQ).
Must have a strong knowledge of renovation materials, design, construction work, and M&E specifications.
Effectively manage relationships with building management, contractors, suppliers, and all internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Interior Design /Architectural / Construction Management/ M&E, equipped with good AutoCAD skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Independent, responsible, and willing to work long hours when required.
Proficient in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Able to work under stress and tight deadlines, willing to learn and take on new challenges.
Must have good AutoCAD proficiency.
