The ideal candidate will have a background in interior design or engineering with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Job description

Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling development activities, while coordinating with relevant authorities for development project approvals and compliance.

Coordinate and monitor site work progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Prepare and maintain project costing, schedules, and progress reports to ensure timely project delivery and cost management.

Manage the procurement and purchasing of materials, ensuring timely availability for project execution.

Liaise with consultants regarding project planning and development matters, ensuring that authority submissions are followed up on and approvals are obtained within the required timeframe.

Draft and manage correspondence for authority submissions, contractors, and other relevant parties, ensuring proper tracking and documentation of approval letters.

Ensure that all drawings comply with project designs, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate and facilitate design and planning activities with consultants, contractors, and other relevant parties at all stages of the project management process.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Interior Design,Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Science, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in interior fit out or construction management, preferably within consultancy or related fields.

Strong understanding of the full real estate project management lifecycle, from acquisition through to project completion and handover.

Proficiency in project scheduling, cost management, and project reporting.

Good leadership in building construction effective project teams, motivating others, delegating and time / quality decision making

Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance, quality assurance, and timely project delivery.
