Job Title: Project Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in managing and monitoring all assigned projects from design planning to execution, ensuring standards are met within time and budget constraints.
• Oversee project execution processes to meet objectives and goals.
• Lead the project development team for effective implementation and successful completion, including coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to review progress and performance according to schedule.
• Organize regular progress meetings with stakeholders to review project status and inform management of issues and updates.
• Manage changes proactively and escalate potential issues that could impact project timelines or quality.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years' project management experience in interior fit-out or building construction.
• Knowledge of the entire development lifecycle.
• Strong planning, organization, coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in delivering interior fit-out or building construction projects.
• Strong management skills for dealing with external parties like consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Effective leadership skills to build and motivate project teams, delegate tasks, and make timely decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and diplomatic skills.
