Job Description:

1. Assist the Project Manager in managing and monitoring all assigned projects from design planning to execution, ensuring standards are met within time and budget constraints.
2. Oversee project execution processes to meet objectives and goals.
3. Lead the project development team to ensure effective implementation and successful completion of projects, including coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and progress tracking.
4. Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth implementation and quality assurance.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to review progress and performance against schedule.
6. Organize progress meetings with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to review project status and keep management informed of issues and developments.
7. Manage changes proactively and escalate potential issues that could impact project schedules.

Requirements:

1. Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil, Structural, Architectural, Interior Design, Project Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year of project management experience in interior fit-out or building construction projects.
3. Knowledge of all aspects of the development lifecycle.
4. Strong planning, organization, coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven track record of delivering interior fit-out or building construction projects.
6. Excellent management skills in dealing with external parties such as consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
8. Effective leadership skills to build project teams, motivate others, delegate tasks, and make timely decisions regarding quality and schedules.
9. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomatic skills.
