Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support new project development activities to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in defining project objectives, stakeholders, and resource planning.
- Monitor project progress and quality control throughout the project life cycle.
- Provide timely updates and reports to the Project Manager / Department Head on project status.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on project activities to meet deadlines and requirements.
- Support in managing project scope changes, identifying potential issues, and proposing solutions.
- Build, maintain, and update project management records and documentation.
- Participate in customer audits and prepare relevant reports when required.
- Liaise with authorities for submissions and approvals (e.g., meter transfer, site inspection, infra plans, CCC, handing over, etc.).
- Review design, submission, tender, shop drawings, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with specifications, constructability, and company standards.
- Provide technical support to project planning, contractors, and consultants on design/technical clarification (e.g., RFI, shop drawings, EI follow-ups).
- Conduct periodic site inspections, attend site meetings, and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of tender, construction & as-built drawings, CCC inspections, CPC, and handover documents (T&C, O&M, spare parts, etc.).
- Liaise with Contract & Procurement on materials, variations, and consultant claims.
- Compile and update market information, project data, and survey reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
