Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity with good exposure in property development or construction industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel as per project requirements.
- Willing to work during weekends or public holidays when needed.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist in initiating and managing collaboration and integration with external consultants, key stakeholders, and clients.
- Participate in overall project planning from conception to completion.
- Support the project management team in project progress claims and final accounts.
- Attend to customer inquiries and prepare necessary documentation such as sales proposals, quotations, AutoCAD design drawings for submission, attend site meetings, handovers, and inspections.
- Assist in contract administration and management of all contracts awarded to external consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage key project issues as directed by management.
- Report daily management and task progress to management.
- Stay informed about property markets and best practices.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
