Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.

Required skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project.

Language proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.

At least 2-3 years of working experience in construction or housing development (preferably high-rise).

High level of initiative and ability to work independently.

Must possess own transport and be computer literate.

Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jalil.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and maintain general administrative tasks for projects.
  • Manage and maintain project-related documentation (e.g., technical documents, drawings, approvals, correspondence).
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager.
  • Organize and coordinate with various professionals, including consultants, architects, clients, local authorities, and contractors.
  • Responsible for all survey and land-related matters.
  • Assist in planning, designing, and coordinating project activities.
  • Periodically update the team on work schedule progress, including billing and construction cash flow, for presentation to Management.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and presentation skills.
