Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in all matters pertaining to project management and development process.
- Assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, trackable, and coordinated interpretations of the design / drawings for construction.
- Liaise with relevant authority bodies to ensure project obtain the necessary and required approvals within the scheduled time frame.
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants on progression of work to ensure assigned project achieve on time.
- Liaise with consultants and relevant authority bodies in order to get development approvals until Certificate Completion and Compliance (CCC).
- Periodically update the team on work progress for presentation to the Management.
- Liaise with other departments at meetings with relevance to project operations to ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information.
- Attend to site inspections whenever needed.
- Liaise with all consultants in expediting drawings and related information.
- Monitor field work, including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards & requirements, procedures, specifications and codes.
- Ensure completion of final project documentations & other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Building / Construction Management or any equivalent discipline.
- Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience in the exposure of property project and planning development are preferred. However, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages. Those who knows Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Able to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced but fun environment, perform under pressure and meet deadlines set.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Those who proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project would be added advantage.
- Good in planning and project supervision.
