Project Engineer

Location: Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement virtualization networks with hands-on experience.
• Experience in industrial Cyber Security is a plus.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Honeywell Experion hardware and software.
• Implement and administer EPKS & TPS Domains, controllers (HPM, C200/C300), switches, etc.
• Support Honeywell FTE and Microsoft Technologies.
• Support client-server architecture.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of system hardware, software, and networks.
• Assist clients with third-party vendor communication regarding our systems.
• Administer preventive maintenance on control systems.
• Provide technical support and serve as the primary customer contact for service issues.
• Respond to emergency calls as part of a 24/7 roster, resolving issues within contractual guidelines.
• Program code logic, support factory and site acceptance testing, and startup activities.
• Conduct audits and baseline installed systems for migrations and troubleshooting.
• Lead and support project phases from engineering to startup, guiding team members to achieve project goals.
• Knowledge of process instrumentation and other systems like TDC/TPS, PHD, DOC4000, FSC, DVM is advantageous.
• Take ownership and responsibility for work and actions.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, Automation Control).
• Minimum 7 years of field experience.
• Experience with Experion (TPS, PHD, FSC) is preferred.
• Ability to lead system migrations and work independently on live systems.
• Certification in Virtualization is a plus.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

• Engineering experience, electronic assembly fabrication, program management skills.
