About the Role

Exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join the dynamic team at P-PLUS SDN BHD, a leading electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company based in Penang that serve market in north America, Australia and Malaysia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of new product transfer, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for the overall planning, implementation and control of the projects assigned

Work independently to complete with projects within the respective timeline.

Liaise with supplier and internal team to ensure smooth execution of project.

Communicate with customer regarding project updates, technical requirements and timelines.

Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to key stakeholders

Prepare detailed project reports, documentation and presentations.

What we're looking for

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in new product or project management in manufacturing industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in project planning, budgeting, scheduling and risk management.

Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Those with relevant experience will be considered for senior position.
