• Champion continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance plant efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Manage vendor selection, contractor supervision, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams and junior engineers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the FMCG , food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
