Job summary

A leading company in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Project Engineer. You will manage projects in various locations, including KL Central, Johor Bharu, and Penang, ensuring effective communication and adherence to local building codes. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and have experience in project engineering or construction, as well as knowledge of solar technology.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field with knowledge in Photovoltaic.
• 2 years of experience in renewable energy or construction.
• Independent and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Work on project engineering tasks across multiple locations.
• Travel to project sites as needed.

Job description

Project Engineer

Remuneration: RM4000 - RM4,500
Work Location: KL Central, Johor Bharu and Penang
Note: Experience on project experience inproject engineering or construction.

Maintain clear and effective communications with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or related field), Renewable Energy or equivalent experience & knowledge in Photovoltaic.
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in the renewable energy, project engineering or construction.
• Knowledge of solar technology, roofing systems, and local building codes.
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
• ndependent, resourceful and able to work under minimum supervision
• Able to work under tight timeline, ability to multitask, good negotiator and have good writing skills.
• Familiar with the Electrical Measurement Tools
• Possess own transport with valid driving license and able to travel to project locations.
• Multiple work location including outstation.
