PROJECT ENGINEER/ SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

What do we need you to do?

Liable for office administrative work such as preparing reports, project related accounting and other correspondences occasionally.

Assisting all inquiries and complaints from tenants and clients, therefore is constantly aware of project issues and project manager role, scope, and policies.

Reviewing M & E documents and drawings based on the employer's requirements and to recommend the quality of material installation and maintenance as per client's budget based on building rules and regulation and standard practice.

Assisting the team in monitoring project construction activities and production rate based on the project plan.

Conduct site inspections, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage installation processes.

Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What do we need from you?

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/Construction/Mechanical/ Electronic) or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience especially in construction field.

Fresh Grad is encouraged to apply.

Proficiency inMS Office and M&E design software like AutoCAD will be added advantage.

Practical-minded hands-on approach coupled with excellent communication skills.

Mandarin speaking candidates is preferred due to the needs to liaise with Chinese Clients.

Have good experience in coordinating and liaison with clients, sub-contractors, consultants and attend site meetings to resolve site problems & issues.

Must be able to travel outstation and physically fit.
