Job description

Coordinate and manage high-rise building projects from planning through completion;

Assist in scheduling and coordinating tasks to ensure that work progresses as planned, helping to resolve any scheduling conflicts;

Monitor and report on the quality of work performed on-site;

Identify and report any issues, delays, or challenges that may arise during the construction process;

Ensure contractor to construct according to construction drawings & specification;

Coordinate with various contractors and consultants on all site matters;

Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues at the site;

Attend site meetings with consultants and contractors;

Quality assurance and quality checking on architectural & engineering works and monitoring rectification progress diligently;

Site valuation and certification of work done.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent;

Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu; We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in high-rise property development;

Strong technical knowledge in building construction, structural works and M&E coordination;

Resourceful and good communication skill;

Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suites & AutoCAD;

Possess own vehicle and driving license.
