Job summary

Schlumberger Malaysia seeks a Project Specialist to provide high-standard engineering support to project teams. You will deliver safe, accurate, and timely project outputs for clients and internal stakeholders, while contributing to project close-out reports.

The role involves mentoring colleagues, participating in risk analyses, and helping develop service plans and procedures to ensure compliance with customer and company requirements. Prior oil and gas exposure is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in oil and gas is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Good understanding of project delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute safe, accurate, on-time delivery of project deliverables for internal and external customers.
• Mentor others as required.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
• Assist with preparation of the final project close-out report.
• Assist in developing service plans and procedures for projects, ensuring compliance with requirements.
