Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of BOM & ROUTING.
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM.

• Helps actively build the PMO and utilizes the APQP driven stage gate process and tools to deliver a project to the requirements of the customer.
• Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
• Drive excellent team building, collaboration, and communication within teams and with customers and key stakeholders.
• Develop the overall project strategy/timelines & critical path identification.
• Provides regular status and metric reporting on managed programs.
• Looks for potential gaps in understanding between internal and customer team members and drives for clarity.
• Balance the dichotomy of leading and managing as required.
• Leads the team through each stage gate review and completes required documentation & communications.
• Schedules and leads periodic team meetings to review progress and assign next level tasks according to the project plan.
• Facilitate communication between all functional areas and site teams as required.
• Facilitates communication with customer project team including regular interaction in meetings, calls, regular reviews, etc.
• Active participant in Mission Control related to NPI activities.
• Actively identifies continuous improvement within the PMO and the NPI process.
• Lead change management activity within the organization with implement ECN & ECO.
• Undertake other roles & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.

• Strong communication skills up and down the organization (verbal, listening, and writing).
• Ability to coach and mentor the technical teamwith emphasis on teamwork, simplicity, prioritization & execution, accountability, and building other leaders.

• Full MS capability in Excel, Project, Word, Power Point, Visio, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Preferably in areas with high mix low volume in metal fabrication for the semi-conductor, automotive or aerospace industries.
• Proficient in 3D, 2D, CAD, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, MES, Lean, Six Sigma and PLM.
• Strong & well known about BOM & ROUTING and create into SAP system.
• Proficient with principle of technical drawing.
• Proficient knowledge of GD&T.
• CMM report analysis ability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in PFMEA & Change Management skills.
