Responsibilities

• Manage construction site and report to Project Manager.
• Ensure construction activities meet quality standards.
• Assist in project planning and coordinate site works.
• Attend meetings with client and contractors to coordinate works.
• Monitor sub-contractors and workers progress until completion.

Job description

• Responsible for construction Site Management and reports to the Project Manager.
• Responsible of all construction activities meet quality standards and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager in Project Planning and to do co-ordinate and oversee works on site.
• Responsible for attending meetings/discussions with Client, Consultants, Main Contractor, NSC and Subcontractors to coordinate the whole works.
• Responsible for the timely submission all documents related to the projects.
• To work closely with consultants and sub-contractors to ensure the construction activities follow the drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and monitor sub-contractors and workers for site work progress till completion.
• Resolve any issues and problems arising on site.
  
  Job Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Plumbing field is a great advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.
