Job Description
- Lead and manage engineering projects, including factory upgrades and vendor coordination.
- Conduct technical and operational evaluations to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Develop and manage project budgets, technical specifications, and time plans with integrated risk controls.
- Monitor fabrication, installation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Use AutoCAD/SolidWorks to create and revise technical drawings and 3D models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, project, and production engineers.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance aligns with plans and safety standards.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and training materials for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and new technologies to enhance processes.
- Ensure compliance with SHE standards and oversee quality documentation.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks for 2D/3D modeling and design work.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, utilities, and maintenance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project costing, scheduling, risk, and compliance with SHE and industry regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written), proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
