About Our Client

Our client is a leading global manufacturer specializing in materials used across construction and industrial sectors. Job Description

  • Lead and manage engineering projects, including factory upgrades and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct technical and operational evaluations to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, technical specifications, and time plans with integrated risk controls.
  • Monitor fabrication, installation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Use AutoCAD/SolidWorks to create and revise technical drawings and 3D models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, project, and production engineers.
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance aligns with plans and safety standards.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and training materials for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and new technologies to enhance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with SHE standards and oversee quality documentation.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks for 2D/3D modeling and design work.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, utilities, and maintenance practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project costing, scheduling, risk, and compliance with SHE and industry regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
