Job Description

• Assist tender, costing and proposal;
• Assist budget, schedule, and resources planning;
• Prepare materials take off and assist in procurement;
• Prepare method statement, risk assessment and permit to work;
• Prepare project quality plan and inspection & test plan;
• Coordinate site construction with owner, consultants, main contractor, and subcontractors;
• Control and report project progress against project plan;
• Prepare as built drawings and handover documents;
• Maintain corporate ISO and EHS site documentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or related field;
• At least 3 years experience in construction of semiconductor or related factory;
• Familiar with building services such as ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Compressed Air;
• Possess skills in Construction Project Management, AutoCAD/Revit/Microsoft Project/Primavera;
• Able to work outstation for the duration of a project.
