Job description

· Plan and coordinate ICT Containment & Cabling works on the project site.

· Carry out construction in specific areas of ICT works.

· Monitor work progress to ensure it meets project requirements, budget, and timeline, promptly addressing any issues or delays.

· Liaise and coordinate with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure ICT works comply with contract and authority requirements.

· Prepare and conduct site meetings; update site progress reports to the head office.

· Review quantity calculations or take-offs for cost analysis, quotations, or tender purposes.

· Prepare submission documents and coordinate site preparation.

· Manage various project stakeholders on site, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors, to meet project requirements.

· Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

· Create detailed work schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.

· Implement and coordinate the safety management system on site.

· Track and report on project progress.

· Provide design and drafting support to the Project Team.

· Prepare and circulate shop drawings to the site main contractor project team.

· Check for discrepancies in all drawings before issuance.

· Coordinate with the Project Coordinator to stamp drawings with PE and monitor approval of shop drawings.

· Perform any other duties as directed.

Requirements:

· Strong knowledge of AutoCAD software.

· Ability to coordinate, supervise, and liaise with Clients, Consultants, Authorities, and Contractors.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact well at all levels.

· Mature personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated, with good technical decision-making skills.

· Strong knowledge of Metal trunking, Cable ladder, Cable basket, and GI conduit.

· At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

· Preferably with Data Centre experience.

· Possess own transport.

· Work locations: Johor / Selangor (Selangor office at Kota Damansara, Johor office at Kulai).
