Job summary

IHASTEK (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a project management professional to coordinate cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment. You will drive project planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery while communicating with internal stakeholders and overseas partners.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or management, experience in product development or NPI, and proficiency in MS Office with familiarity in MS Project or Visio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic/mechanical engineering or management-related fields.
• Experience in home appliance product development, project management or NPI is preferred; PMP training or certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project or MS Visio is a plus.
• Good English and Mandarin reading/writing skills; Mandarin preferred for communication with overseas suppliers/customers/China HQ.

Responsibilities

• Participate in or assist with project management and execution; coordinate resources and ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project requirements, planning, schedules, personnel, and develop project plans with optimal resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project progress (R&D, production, quality, procurement, marketing, sales).
• Identify and report project issues and facilitate timely resolutions.
• Prepare project documentation and maintain control over PM records.
