Responsible for construction site management and reports to the APM/Project Manager.

Responsible for ensuring all construction activities meet quality standards and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Assist the APM/Project Manager in project planning and coordinate and oversee works on site.

Manage daily site operations and oversee all civil, structural, architectural matters, etc.

Work closely with consultants and subcontractors to ensure construction activities follow drawings and specifications.

Supervise and monitor subcontractors' progress on site until completion.

Resolve issues and problems arising on site.

Maintain effective ISO 9001 quality management system.

Competency Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in architectural and interior projects such as bungalow villas, showrooms, medical facilities, corporate offices, colleges, universities, commercial, and residential units.

Required skills: CAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.

Knowledge in civil engineering principles, environmental regulations, project management, workplace safety, budgeting, supervision, and personnel management.

Flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and smaller projects, with excellent communication skills.
