Job summary

PARKLAND AVENUE SDN. BHD. is a civil project developer active in Melaka with a portfolio across Klang Valley and southern Peninsular. We seek a civil engineer to support project development from planning through handover.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and 2-3 years of related experience, with fresh graduates welcome to apply. You will liaise with consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure timely, on-budget project execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 2-3 years of working experiences in Project development planning or equivalent.
• Possesses good analytical skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Manage matters related to project planning, liaising with consultants, contractors and local authorities.
• Responsible for day-to-day project development and management from planning stage until handover.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth implementation of project.
• Ensure projects are executed timely, within approved budget and in accordance with contractual requirements, procedures and specifications.
