you will be assisting the Project Management team in the planning, implementation, and tracking of engineering projects. You’ll work under the supervision of a Project Manager, providing technical support, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that project goals are met within the required time frame and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of project documents and reports.
- Support the project team in the design and development of technical plans and drawings.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of contracts.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- To assist onsite inspection, coordination works, T&C, and report preparation/submission.
- To liaise with project coordinator/sales engineer on submission of catalog/drawing to consultant for approval and coordinate with CS/ sales /production for hood fabrication and delivery if needed.
- To work closely on-site installation works.
- To assist in review on HVAC kitchen design.
- To liaise with the ISM team on the works that required their assistant
- To handle the IOT data and troubleshooting
- Compile necessary documentation for project handovers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related .
- 3 years of experience in Project Management.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Sharp attention to detail.
