Job summary

ZENG HUAT ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION WORKS SDN. BHD is seeking a site-oriented project coordinator in Malaysia to support field operations from our Port Dickson HQ, with duties across Klang Valley sites.

The role involves liaising with clients and contractors on progress, preparing daily and weekly reports, safety documentation, and assisting with tendering, material sourcing, and site visits as required. This is a hands-on role coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• To handling project management normally at Klang Valley area, HQ in Port Dickson.
• To deal with client and contractor on work progress including meeting, site visit, monitoring of work progress, daily report/ weekly report, JSA, method of statement, etc.
• To discuss with senior manager/ manager on work progress and action taking to solve site issue or improvement on work progress.
• Others like MTO, site visit for tendering, prepare tendering document, material sourcing, etc.
