Description1. Project Execution
- Supervise site electrical works (cabling, panels, solar arrays, earthing).
- Ensure compliance with design specs and standards.
- Inspect site daily, monitor safety, quality, and progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, designers, and suppliers.
- Review technical drawings and resolve design issues (RFI).
- Manage site logistics and material deliveries.
2. Control Building Electrical Systems
- Supervise installation of control building systems (MV/LV switchgear, SCADA, lighting, alarms, HVAC power).
- Coordinate internal electrical fit-out, earthing, and cable management.
- Participate in inspections, functional testing, and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with civil works for structural integration and safety.
3. Testing & Commissioning
- Oversee and document testing and commissioning of systems (e.g., inverters, transformers, protection).
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure proper system energization.
4. Design Coordination
- Collaborate with design teams on RFIs and as-built updates.
- Highlight and resolve drawing inconsistencies.
5. Site Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain complete site records and prepare reports.
- Assist with project handover documentation (O&M manuals, warranties).
6. Health, Safety & Environment
- Enforce safety compliance and participate in safety.
7. Stakeholder Coordination
- Engage with all stakeholders and attend coordination meetings.
- Ensure clear communication among all project parties.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Renewable Energy.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering or a related field, with a focus on solar energy projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems and related engineering standards.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as MS Project and AutoCAD.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
