  • More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM5,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site coordination, progress monitoring, and quality control for residential/commercial development projects

  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure works comply with approved plans and regulatory standards

  • Liaise with consultants, local authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely approvals

  • Coordinate and verify progress claims, VO submissions, and site instructions

  • Manage defect rectification work and site handover processes, including CCC documentation

  • Prepare regular site reports, project schedules, and highlight potential risks or delays

  • Assist in value engineering and cost optimization throughout project cycles.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in property development, main contractor, or consultancy environment

  • Solid knowledge of local authority submission processes (KM, BP, PDC, CCC) and construction regulatory standards

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple project scopes

  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to site when needed
