Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Track Project Progress: To monitor project progress and performance, ensure adherence to the established timeline and objectives.
2. Capacity Planning: To conduct capacity planning and analysis to meet the volume demand and maximize the plant utilization.
3. Collaborate on Automation Projects: To collaborate with the team to plan and implement future automation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and productivity in the factory.
4. Equipment to MES Connection: To set up equipment connection with MES.
5. Cross-Functional Liaison: To liaise with cross-functional teams to align project goals, facilitate communication, and resolve any issues that may arise.
6. Project Coordination: Manage project department activities including project allocation, resource coordination, and communication.
7. Additional Duties: Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and strong leadership.
2. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software applications.
4. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates/vendors.
6. Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
7. Industrial Automation Skills: Understanding of modernizing legacy manufacturing systems using technologies like PLC, SCADA, IoT, and integrating them with core systems such as MES, EAP, SPC.
8. Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, resolve issues, and ensure seamless project execution.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

1. Excel Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic analytical tools is a plus.
2. AutoCAD Knowledge: Familiarity with AutoCAD is beneficial.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
2. Candidate with at least 1 year of experience in automated manufacturing industry is preferred; entry-level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
