Job Description

1. Impart technical coordination on projects during detailed engineering, enhance execution, and manage project for successful commissioning and handover.
2. Prepare preliminary project timeline/schedule for project execution.
3. Coordinate with personnel across departments to initiate projects.
4. Assist in preparing conceptual design and engineering calculations.
5. Prepare technical documents for Capital Appropriation Request approvals.
6. Estimate project costs, including obtaining quotations from suppliers and contractors.
7. Lead the tender process: prepare tender documents, call tenders, conduct interviews, and compile tender reports.
8. Conduct feasibility and groundwork studies.
9. Ensure compliance with SOPs and standards during project execution.
10. Oversee project implementation, liaising with contractors and suppliers to monitor progress and ensure work proceeds as planned.
11. Coordinate project commissioning with end users for efficient handover.
12. Adhere to Quality, Environment, Safety & Health, and Food Safety standards, along with all applicable company standards.
13. Additional duties as assigned by management.
