Job summary

Dynac Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a site-focused professional to support the Project Manager during mobilization, installation, pre-testing, commissioning, and demobilization of HVAC projects. You will assist with site coordination, documentation, and client communications.

The role involves preparing daily site reports, coordinating equipment deliveries, and ensuring adequate consumables while supporting FAT and testing activities. A proactive, safety-minded approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with site concerns during mobilization, installation, pre-testing, commissioning, and demobilization.
• Prepare progress reports for the client in line with project milestones.
• Attend client meetings to address project concerns.
• Participate in site trainings and HSE events.
• Expedite engineering drawing submission, procurement activities, and fabrication.
• Arrange and monitor equipment delivery to site.
• Prepare work schedules based on the client’s overall schedule.
• Coordinate site progress, manpower loading, and equipment loading.
• Ensure adequate totals and consumables for site activities.
• Prepare daily site reports.
• Monitor manpower allocation and wages submission to accounts.
• Involve in FAT of HVAC equipment.
• Monitor and expedite clearance of punch lists prior to site.
• Support Testing & Commissioning of HVAC systems on site.
• Assist in final documentation submission and project close-out.

• 1. To assist Project Manager on all site concern during mobilization, site installation, pre-testing & commissioning and demobilization.
• 2. To prepare the progress report to client as per dedicated project.
• 3. To attend meeting with client on any project concerns.
• 4. To attend any required site training and participate on the HSE events.
• 5. To expedite engineering drawing submission, procurement activities and fabrication of all project items.
• 6. To arrange & monitor the delivery of equipment to site.
• 7. To prepare work schedule based on client overall schedule.
• 8. To prepare organization chart, site manpower loading and equipment loading.
• 9. To coordinate and monitor work progress at site.
• 10. To ensure all toals & consumables are sufficient for site activities.
• 11. To prepare daily site report.
• 12. To monitor manpower allocation & wages submission to Account Department.
• 13. Being involved partially in FAT of all HVAC equipment.
• 14. To monitor & expedite the clearance of punch list prior to site.
• 15. Being involve partially in Testing & Commissioning of HVAC system at site.
• 16. To prepare the monthly progress claim & seeking approval from Client.
• 17. To assist engineering on the Final Documentation submission & project close-up
• 18. To implement QMS ISO 9001:2015.19. Other assignment as and when required by superior / Management.
